Challenge:

Provide an automatic gate system to operate bi-parting sculptural swing gates without any of the drive mechanism exposed and design an access system that permits the resident to communicate and open the gate from any phone in the home, from their office, car, or vacation home in another state. In addition, have access codes for vendors with the capabilities to track the codes to as sure contract workers were arriving to perform their tasks while the client was away.

Solution:

ParkPro used Byan Model 3000 in-ground hydraulic gate operators that drive the hinge point of the gate from an underground motor driven by a hydraulic pump mounted in an adjacent utility room. Control requirements were met by Sentex Crown Jewel telephone access system.
