A New Windows Based User Interface For Cardholder Programming & Activity Reports
'PC' Central can operate in a Windows 95 environment with our new Microsoft Access interface. It brings industry standard open architecture to access control allowing user customization and network compatibility never before possible in any system. But you don't have to be familiar with Access to use this program because we've created all the basic forms and mouse commands you need for simple operation. All you need is Windows 95 and Access pre-installed on your computer, and we provide the 'PC' Central Microsoft Access file module.
Cardholder Management
You can define your own database including exactly the data fields you need, and the forms to display them. You can include employee photographs, and print I.D. badges directly from Access ready to laminate. The database includes all the fields needed to program cardholders into their respective security levels and time zones.Your database may be confined to a single 'PC', or it may reside on a network for company-wide access. You can search, display, and printout reports of your database using virtually any sort of filter criteria you require.
Transacting Events
'PC' Central can pass its card and alarm transactions to Access 7 for local or network-wide display and reporting. The display can be customized to include full text descriptions of entry points, cardholder department numbers and license numbers. Like the cardholder database, you can search, sort, and filter transactions by virtually any criteria.
Microsoft Access lets you define custom queries so that the kind of reports you require most frequently can be generated with a single mouse click.
