We are very fortunate that our existing technological infrastructure allows us to continue offering top-quality service and response to homeowners, property managers and our parking colleagues, while also adhering to CDC recommendations for social distancing protocol and hygiene etiquette. In addition to infection control practices, we have many employees working from home and flexible scheduling options to accommodate employee needs such as childcare.

ParkPro has implemented company-wide policy changes to minimize face-to-face interaction, both in our Phoenix office and on-site.  Customers are not required to meet with a technician while they’re working on equipment. Our service coordination team will work with you to schedule a convenient time for service, and technicians will use your preferred contact method when providing updates about your system, or to ask questions. As always, should you have any special requests or require additional accommodations, we are happy to assist you.
